This boat was built by Peter Nichols in the midlands back in 1990 ** and is rated for class C waters**. This means it has wide gunnels with a big up-stand - making it tricky to strip all the paint effectively.
It was a full back to metal repaint which included the engine bay, necessitating the removal of the engine. We also did a couple of small modifications to the steel around the cockpit to allow free draining of rain water, some electrical work and a bilge box arrangement for the steps to stop water collecting in the bilge.
As is standard, all the windows, external fixtures and fittings were removed, cleaned and refitted once painting was complete.
