The scope of this extensive project was to turn an old live aboard boat into a bespoke micro restaurant. The bespoke set up also needed to be a home. The facilities included capability to prepare meat such as pheasant from scratch including to smoke it, preserving and cook on a wood fired oven.
This required completely gutting the inside, upgrading battery systems and very creatively building in a completely new atmosphere with unique features and some reclaimed materials. ....................................................................
