This was a smaller project replacing the flooring and boxing in. We removed all the old and boxing in and increased air space behind the radiators to increase air flow around them. Then we skinned the floor throughout in 6mm ply ready for contractors to lay the Karndean.
We then completed all the boxing in, repairing some water damaged panels at the time blending in the oak finish with varnish to match the uv aged areas. All neat and tidy.
